In this first exploration of europium-doped carbonated apatites the location carbonate was determined using environment model for analysis IR and NMR spectra. Europium-doped apatites, containing Eu/(Eu + Ca) mole ratios about 10%, were prepared by aqueous one-step addition syntheses. The spectra in samples are described model: A-type is assigned to channels only calcium ions (A = Ca6) or one Na+ a vacancy (A’ Ca5Na Ca5). presence channel Eu3+ use triammonium phosphate synthesis produce considerable carbonate.
